1: Term that means knocking someone out or punching someone in the face

  * e.g.,  ... Yo Derek, I swear I'm about to Knock your block off. 

 [ "Knock His Block Off" ]

1: To hit someone, usually in the face. In this case, "block" is referring to a person's head and you are going to hit then so hard that there head would fall off if not attached!

  * e.g.,  ... If that dude over there wolf whistles at my girl again, I swear I'm going to go over and knock his block off 

 [ "Off Block" ]

1: someone who is very drunk and making a tit of themselves

  * e.g.,  ... "last night i got completely off block...." 

 [ "Block knocked off" ]

1: Getting Pleased. Hitting the right spot in bed. Having sex.

  * e.g.,  ... You are in a really bad mood, maybe you need to get your block knocked off. 

 [ "get your block knocked off" ]

1: To get beat up real bad

  * e.g.,  ... instead of saying im going to beat you up they just say you going to "get your block knocked off" 

 [ "Blocked off" ]

1: Prison talk. When showers are blocked off, you would see things you would not want to see if you went past the block.

  * e.g.,  ... "Time for some me time. I'll get the entry blocked off"
